O hotel possui boa estrutura e localização, com oferta de estacionamento amplo. Trata-se, contudo, de uma edificação que precisa de uma reforma geral, tanto da própria edificação quanto do mobiliário. A equipe de recepção poderia receber instruções para melhor atendimento. Devo dizer que me atendeu considerando o custo benefício.

Elevadores mal conservados e barulhentos, banheiro com pia e ralo de chuveiro entupidos, fechadura eletronica que apresenta defeito sempre impedindo a entrada, paredes do quarto com infiltrações, sujas, café da manhã sem a supervisão dos funcionarios, deixando o ambiente sujo, TV que apenas pegava 2 canais, e como a internet tem sinal ruim, impossivel conectar qualquer strams, estacionamento com varias vagas interditadas por infiltrações nas lajes dos pavimentos etc.

Eu e meu esposo ficamos 6 dias em recife. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto de ponto de ônibus, o que facilitou os passeios. Bem perto da praia, piscina gostosa e bom cafe da manhã. Muito boa estadia.

Ótima estadia

Quando pesquisei sobre o hotel vi muitas avaliações negativas o que me deixou na dúvida sobre alugar ou não após pensar bastante resolvi arriscar, e foi a melhor decisão porque simplesmente amei o hotel, funcionários solícitos, arrumaram o quarto todos os dias praticamente, as roupas de cama tudo limpinha, café da manhã excelente saudades dos bolos inclusive rsrs, localização maravilhosa pertinho do mar, não tenho nada a reclamar só elogios, super indico e pretendo voltar.

OBSERVAÇÕES

Fomos bem atendidos na recepção. Porém, ao chegarmos para o checkin às 14h tivemos que aguardar, pois segundo informaram a limpeza os quartos ainda não havia sido feita, causando um desconforto; Achei ruim a limpeza do quarto, a funcionária passou por volta das 9h e eu perguntei se podia passar depois pois estava me arrumando, ela disse que não. Nunca passei por isso em todos os hotéis que já frequentei; Café da manhã bem razoável; Estacionamento aparentemente sujo;
