No primeiro dia, ficamos num container (n.5) que não estava bom: A iluminação era mínima no quarto e excessiva no banheiro; o box deixava a água vazar quando tomava banho; a janela do box permitia a entrada de muitos mosquitos etc.. No dia seguinte fomos reacomodados para o container n. 2, que era mais razoável. O café da manhã às vezes ficava sem alguns item e sempre tínhamos que pedir para as moças da cozinha. A recepcionista deixava que os turistas lavasse os pés, chinelos e outros objetos sujos de areia na piscina. Deveria haver uma placa proibindo isso explicitamente. No último dia, no café da manhã a recepcionista colocou em volume alto música de louvor evangélico, que além que incômodo é inconveniente para quem não professa essa religião. Acho enfim que a pousada deveria melhorar a hotelaria.

Achei que era um quarto maior, muito pequeno! Mas a cama confortável, atendimentos no primeiro dia deixou a desejar, mas melhorou nos seguintes. Café da manhã consideravelmente bom.

Simplicidade e cordialidade, definem esse local. É o local ideal para curtir Porto de Galinhas, fica a 500m da praia, local tranquilo , a 400 metros de uma av. com farmácia, mercado, lojinhas, sem contar com a cordialidade do pessoal da pousada e um café da manhã dos deuses! Com certeza voltarei

Gostei muito desta pousada. Fica a uma curta caminhada da praia, tem um jardim super bonito, com uma piscina bastante agradável. Atendimento excelente (toda a equipe é simpática e prestativa), café da manhã gostoso, quarto confortável.

O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, sempre extremamente cordiais. Era este o único ponto positivo da pousada, em minha opinião. Limpeza: muito ruim - mesmo após limpeza do quarto o mesmo permanecia com aspecto de sujo, mal cheiroso. O banheiro era o pior, totalmente encardido Estrutura: móveis velhos, lençóis sujos e toalhas encardidos. Ar condicionado barulhento. Eles utilizam água de poço, com isso até para escovar os dentes a água tinha sabor desagradável Café da manhã: razoável Itens restaurante: todos bons e frescos. Era notável que as porções, lanches eram feitos na hora Em um dos dias ficamos sem água a noite, tendo que dormir sem a possibilidade de tomar banho. No momento do check in um dos quartos do nosso grupo estava infestado de marimbondos, sendo que em 20 minutos matamos cerca de 10. Após reclamação na recepção ocorreu a troca de quarto

A experiência na pousada Unai foi maravilhosa. Se você espera um ambiente tranquilo, aconchegante, acolhedor e confortável, vai encontrar lá. Fomos muito bem atendidos, o ambiente muito limpo e bem cuidado, o café da manhã variado em opções e o quarto confortável.
