Cama aconchegante e quarto com muitos armários, embora a maioria das gavetas não estivessem funcionando de forma adequada. Poucas opções de lanche no café da manhã. Contudo a equipe foi muito solícita e atenciosa, especialmente a atendente Luciana.

Péssimo tratamento

Chegamos à acomodação 12:00. Estava com minha mãe, de 75 anos. Perguntei se poderíamos entrar e a funcionária avisou que não, somente no horário estipulado. Entendo que o check-in é às 14h, porém fomos informados que só havíamos nós hospedados e pedi para ver o quarto que já estava limpo. Só queríamos nos acomodar, sobretudo pelas necessidades de minha mãe. Usamos o banheiro da piscina, minúsculo e muito sujo. A funcionária nos avisou que não estavam servindo café da manhã nessa pousada 2, pq só nós estávamos lá, então teríamos que ir tomar café na outra unidade deles, no final da rua. Acho um absurdo não nos darem a opção de escolher se queríamos ficar lá, mesmo sem café, ou se iríamos preferir migrar para essa outra. Eu pedi a troca, pensando em minha mãe, no tempo de muita chuva e no conforto, afinal pagamos pelo café. Ela entrou em contato com a unidade, que negou. Sem explicação, apenas negou. Eu reclamei, disse que poderia até ser ressarcida e ir para outra pousada; verifiquei que paguei mais caro lá do que estava custando na unidade 1. Só depois que viram não ser uma boba é que aceitaram nos mudar. Muito absurdo o tratamento. E detalhe: a pousada 1 tb estava vazia, com poucos quartos ocupados. Além disso, a atendente não nos avisou que não tinha estacionamento (no site diz que tem), somente chegando lá é que perguntei como poderia estacionar e disseram que era pra deixar na rua ou na pousada 2. Me senti muito pouco valorizada como hóspede. Não volto e não recomendo.
