"The staff at Hotel Club Frances knows what they are doing and go out of their way to make your stay there comfortable and welcoming from room upgrades to transportation to restaurant reservations. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. It is small but the rooms are spacious and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The location can't be beat. Will stay again!"

"Loved this hotel!! The Service by the staff, particularly by Rodrigo, was the best service i have gotten in any other hotel!! They are polite, and extreme helpful at all times! Rooms are extremely big, cleaned and elegant. Location is central to every single activity and it has great choices for restaurants: Fervor, Marcelo, and Freddo (for ice cream).
