The second bedroom has a queen bed which sleeps two additional people.

For those needing a bit more space, the loft features additional living area, full bathroom, walk in closet, and a bedroom with two twin beds. This space is perfect for accommodating those traveling as a family or hosting friends who might visit during your stay.

For the additional security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have installed an external security camera located on the front porch and backyard.

Max of 2 dogs only. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pet crate provided.

Application fee of $15 per adult. Each adult (18+) must complete and pass background check. Background check includes a quick criminal record screening and identification confirmation process which takes less than 5 minutes.

In addition, all guests will need to sign a rental-usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.
