Friends had stayed here. Thought I’d give it a try. Pet friendly, large size rooms. New ownership in November so the interior and exterior renovations are being done now. Very old style YURT shaped quads of rooms. Nice thing is walk to restaurant and full bar on property. Can’t wait to stay again after renovations completed!!

This was supposed to be my quick stop for a sleep on a long road trip. The first room that I’ve received had a broken heater, shoe print on the their bed sheet, and found hairs in the bed. Asked for a new room as the room wouldn’t heat up. Next room, the door won’t close all the way and a broken lamp switch. I won’t be returning.

The staff are friendly, the rooms lovely and comfortable. The sound proofing is excellent so our stay was really peaceful. They have a nice breakfast, but we received a text informing us that the restaurant attached was open and serving. We were quite hungry and looking forward to that but were disappointed to find they closed early. Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again.

I loved the hotwl and the surroundings. The only reason I did not give it all 5 stars is because that by 9:30 am, yhe clwaning lady was knocking at our room door to see of we had checked out so she could clean, mi d upu, check out time was at 11 am, and she did it twice, I felt that they were asking us to leave, my hisband started packing and we left.

The room was dirty, limited bedding. We had a thin blanket to sleep under. The spa was "under construction". The management did nothing to compensate us for the lack of bedding or spa. They could have cared less about our needs. The hot tub was gross and I wouldn't have used it anyway. Awful.

We really enjoyed our visit. The rooms were comfortable though in our instance an extra blanket would have been appreciated. Staff was friendly and the garden path was lovely to walk to breakfast. Some gluten free bread at breakfast would be a welcome addition and we had to huff on our cards to get into the room because the cold meant the card wouldn’t work, but overall I would certainly stay again.

Asked for a 2nd floor unit away from the freeway and didn't receive it initially due to Expedia not forwarding the information. I asked the front desk if they could do so and they kindly did. However, it was right near the freeway. I went back to the desk and the front desk service rep said I asked you if this was ok which I did but didn't not see that it was next to the freeway. Everything else apparently was booked out.

Conveniently located off the freeway. They made it clear they are indeed pet friendly. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. The grounds are well kept. The breakfast options seemed limited but adequate. Friendly staff. Will plan on staying again.
