Room is too hot I even shut down the AC and open the window for fresh air , but my room is facing the street which is very noisy especially in the midnight. Also the water temperature is hard to control, always too hot or suddenly cold. I asked for the black tea bag but they couldn’t get it to me. All else’s are good.

Very quiet room with incredible river view. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices. The museum portion of the hotel is unique and interesting. The location is great for short or long walks. The staff was very helpful. This is an excellent hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. We went for new year and the hotel was right near the park where the Lisbon winter wonderland was so it was an easy walk to that. It was also an easy walk to the city centre. The area is quite hilly but we were fine with our grippy shoes.
We often spent time in the evening at the bar with some wine and port too. Although we didn’t eat, the food looked lovely from what we saw others eating.
Our room was lovely. Nice and spacious. Relatively clean.

"Solid, clean and nice 3-Star Hotel. Nothing to complain about. Nice service already via telephone. Bar at the rooftop, rather small but nice view. All new and clean. Style rather wanna be chic but ok. Rooms Basic but nice. Beds big but quite hard. Depends what you favor."
