"I stayed here in 2019 and loved it. Now back in 2024 and I still love it. Only problem if the horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Jerry at front desk tried helping me solve the issue but hotel was solid booked. Buffet is good. Many food selections. Lucy the concierge was amazing trying to help me navigate the city. "The hotel surrounding is very commercial. Hard to find food or convenient store. Hotel condition is good and quite clean. I considered it well maintained. The breakfast is good varieties of food to dessert. I liked the soya bean drink. "

"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"The staff were very helpful in getting me taxis or ordering a ride through Didi (a Chinese form of Uber). I am recovering from an ankle surgery and walking long distances is difficult. The only complaint I had was that the hotel was located more than a mile from the nearest subway station. "
