"Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "

"Like the other reviewer said, it's really a tale of two halves: the pre-arrival communication was lacking but the property itself was super. After making the reservation I got an email and text asking me to complete a Move In form. I had a question about the form, emailed the contact and got an immediate answer back. So far so good, but then I emailed the form back to the contact and nothing. The next day I got another email and text asking for the form so I tried again and still nothing....

"I had an easy, wonderful time. The unit is lovely and well-furnished. I needed a battery for the thermostat and the manager responded instantly. I asked for extra blankets (didn't need them) and again, the manager was very helpful. I hope we can stay here again soon!"

"We needed a peaceful retreat prior to a Monday morning appointment at the Stanford Spine Center. This cottage in the redwoods was just perfect. Lea greeted us when arrived. And we enjoyed a peaceful, private stay. Listening to the gentle flowing creek was wonderously soothing. We'll be back a couple more times for surgery and follow-up."
