"We were drawn by the front porch. And we were not disappointed. During our stay, there were 2 rainy days. Instead of being cooped up inside, we read books and played games on the porch. It was like having an extra room. The kids ate breakfast out there each day watching birds, counting boats, drawing, whittling, and enjoying the view. If you aren’t used to it, the high iron content makes the drinking water not taste great. Consider bringing your own drinking water. A note: the “coffee pot” is a Keurig (bring K-cups, not grounds) and if tea is your drink, bring a tea kettle. Over all, a great stay in a great house with a great quiet neighborhood, and a great view. "

"The cove cruise, delicious Salt and Meadow restaurant, gift shop, lovely bathroom soaps, friendly staff, nighttime turn down in the room, fire pits and bike riding! Also they offered classes like yoga, bee keeping, art! There is golf and hiking, Bocci Ball, and things for kids and adults. A great place!!!!"

"My 2 granddaughters (ages 5 & 10) and I had a wonderful 4 day 3 night stay here. The cottage was so clean, had tons of both bathroom and kitchen items for us to use, kayaks, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use, and the cottage is decorated so nicely with beachy-themed decor. Be mindful that it is small, but it is exactly how it is portrayed in the listing. Perfect for us. Just walk out the front door, across the yard, and you are on the private beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes away from Reedville which has excellent seafood restaurants. We enjoyed it so much!"

"We loved this cute house. It was modernly decorated, had everything we needed and then some. We loved the quite of the country, but not really in country! and close to the marina we were heading for the next day. Reelin' and Relaxin' is very fitting name for the house and the area. Our only concern was house is not on a heavy traffic road, but cars zipped by quite fast for a dead end road."

"This was our third trip to the little yellow house! We absolutely love and adore our time here. This time we used the fire pit and it was a great addition! The kids love being right on the water and we love it too. Can’t wait to go back! PS, you must check out St Inie’s in Scotland, such a gem! "
