"Property: the room we stayed in was huge clean and the towels and robes were a special treat— super white clean towels and robes, as well as the sheets. They even let us leave our luggages for us to be able to roam around while we wait for check in time. Close to bus stations and Florence’ highlights. Would stay here again"

Good choice!
"Hotel Calimala was a really cool hotel, very cool interior design, cool lobby bar, stylish neighborhood. We loved the room, although the bathroom was a little overwhelming with the tile and mirrors--that said it was a very nice bathroom. The location was convenient for walking to some of the main sites in Florence. The staff was very professional. The breakfast was excellent! My only complain is that the rooftop bar they advertise is not in this building. It's in a hotel around the corner. We did not know this until we went to the top floor in the elevator and only found more hotel rooms, the cleaning staff had to tell us that the rooftop was in another building. "
