"Overall the place was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need and water bottles and snacks were a nice touch. Appliances all new. Living space was a bit tight for 4 people, but better than most hotels. Area was quiet, safe and close to restaurants and shopping. Nice pathways and parks in the community. "

Overall, the cleanliness could have been improved and a review of needed maintenance is suggested. Value was moderate since it was one of the pricier properties in Regina. "Basic, standard with no frills whatsoever home. We needed a property for 8 adults close to Depot and this home delivers this. That said, furniture is old and sparse and beds are super basic and there is nowhere to sit outside, as the property’s grass is overgrown. Price reflects what you get."
