This tastefully furnished home is the perfect getaway in the neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach. Located within a few miles of Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Rehoboth Beach this house is centrally located east of Route 1 and has plenty of room for your family vacation. With all amenities included and plenty of entertainment options this is the ultimate carefree retreat. Walkable to many restaurants, movie theater, mini golf, outlets, go-karts, water park and more!

*We provide bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, and extra blankets/pillows. We also supply toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash) in each bathroom.

*Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). Feel free to use our full size washer and dryer(with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets)

*If the weather doesn’t cooperate, or you just want to stay home for a bit - you can always find something to do in the house. Our TV logged in with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, Peacock, and Hulu. There is plenty board games and puzzles for adults and kids.

*Beautiful back yard with fire pit area and gas grill for you and your family!

* Ping pong table and rockets for your use

Owner cancelled last minute
We were in route to our weekend vacation and received a cancellation notice on my calendar. Upon reading it was the owner cancelling the reservation. We were an hour into our 4 hour drive. We had to stop and find another place to stay for the 8 of us. I will never rent from him again and will leave a worse than this review.

Great location, property was not clean!
We loved the location of the house. It’s convenient to stores, the beaches, and local attractions. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of the property. Bathrooms were full of hair, bathtub was filthy (took me 20 min to scrub it clean so my one year old could get in it), and the toilets were dirty (I cleaned those too). I let the host know and they did not respond. There was dog hair on the couch so we covered them with blankets we bought at Marshall’s. The lawn needed to be mowed, so we didn’t spend much time outside. The entryway/porch is scary, definitely not a nice space at all. A couple of other random things to note. The floors are incredibly slippery. We all almost fell and my one year old slipped multiple times. Lastly, they have a camera at the front door, which is fine but was not disclosed in the property description. We wanted to love this stay but the fact that it needed to be cleaned upon arrival, the host didn’t respond, and Vrbo customer service didn’t care really damned our mood.

Clean and convenient
Property was as described and very clean with nice amenities. Convenient fenced-in yard for the dog, comfy couch, and big tv. A little noisy from the road traffic, but only if sitting in the backyard. Located among a lot of stores and restaurants, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Lewes or the Rohoboth boardwalk.

Well equipped, affordable spot near the beach
This listing was exactly as described and was a great pick for our Labor day beach trip. Six of us and a dog fit comfortably in the house. It's near the main road but we had no issues at all with noise, and the fenced back yard was perfect for bringing a pet. The beach was about a 15 minute drive, so not too far at all.

Beach Getaway
My husband and I took our 3 daughters and our dog on a last minute beach trip to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The house was just as advertised, very clean, neat, and affordable. We especially enjoyed the fire pit out back and making S’mores. Our host was very attentive and responsive. The house was stocked with all the “little things” we didn’t have to pack like beach chairs. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. We should have booked an extra day but we plan to return soon.

Family Beach Trip
Overall great experience! Enjoyed my stay with the family and dog. Loved the fenced in yard and fire pit for family fun. The place was clean and very well stocked . The little details like the linens and coffee bar made the stay extra special. Nice large open layout for hanging out between kitchen and living room. Neighborhood was quiet but so close to shopping and just a short drive to Rehoboth beach. Will definitely be back soon!

Great place in a perfect location!
Bohdan was so great to rent from, super accommodating and answered all our questions prior to booking! The house was great, spacious and very clean. The house is in a great location, a little further from the beach but quick and easy to get to just minutes away! There is also so many places to go and things to do in the immediate area of the house. Will definitely book with Bohdan if we return to the area!

A nice quiet getaway spot
The space was thoroughly adequate and suited our needs well. The entrance looked a bit dismal, but once inside, the space was attractive. We enjoyed the puzzles in the kids’ room! Only one bike was in riding condition, at the time. But no worries…

Great for what we needed
Home located right behind the outlets with all the room and essentials we needed. Close to Lewis and Rehoboth. Perfect to fit me, my wife, 4 kids, mother and dog. Had cable and Netflix. Mostly stocked kitchen. Fenced in back yard for the dog and kids. Comfy beds. Games inside and outside. Only minor cons: -Tub has no faucet and won't stop up so can only take showers. Knob hard to turn water off. - kitchen could be better stocked with more silverware and pans -only 1 key -deadbolt on back door does not work -Couch could be bigger and sectionals slide apart
