Walk to Tanger Outlets, many restaurants and bars, and minutes from movies, golf, water parks, the fabulous Fractured Prune Donut shop (a must in Rehoboth!), and the beaches as close as an easy 5-minute ride. Private access to the Junction and Breakwater Trail, so if scenic biking or hiking is your thing, you can get to Rehoboth, Lewes, or the beaches and state parks and enjoy nature at your pace. Or take the bus which is just steps away, an excellent option for enjoying the nightlife!.
PARKING: A private driveway for two cars and overflow are available behind Outback.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
