Great Rehoboth Beach House - 3.5 Blocks to Beach!

Located off the beaten path, but very close to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This home is 3 1/2 blocks to the beach, and less than 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue, where fine dining and shopping is all around!!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located spacious house. Open house layout with very large living room/dining room open format.

NEWLY RENOVATED AND LOOKS GREAT. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR HOME THAT WE LOVE AND WE ASK THAT YOU TREAT IT AS SUCH - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS IN MIND PLEASE DO NOT RENT OUR HOUSE. THANK YOU

PETS WELCOME, please contact owner with information on pets (there is a $20/night pet fee). Off season short term rentals available (2 night minimum).

There is a wonderful deck out back to relax on.

AS IS COMMON IN REHOBOTH BEACH, GUEST PROVIDE THEIR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND PAPER GOODS (and most guests bring their own pillows). Beds: (1) King; (1) Queen; (2) Twin and a (1) full size sleep sofa with a gel mattress.

A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay.

Great beach spot for the Family
We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

Perfect condo, quiet and close to everything
This place never fails! Always clean, close to all things Rehoboth and in a very quiet neighborhood. We've stayed here tons of times and will continue to come back. We love that we can bring the dogs. The place is always super clean when we arrive. Love staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was very convenient to everything. All the little things you need are thought of and neighbors are quite friendly. Nice community pool and landscaping top notch. We brought our Shih-Tzu and she loved it. Highly recommended!!

We have been staying here during off season for years. Easy walk to Main Street and beach (DogfishHead Cultured Pearl and Starbucks are just steps away!). Bikes and more decor/art better bedding would be nice additions.

Wonderful Stay
This an excellent property just steps away from all that Rehoboth Ave. has to offer. The house is pet friendly and Courtney is a responsive and friendly host. The only caution I would give is that the elegant spiral staircase to the second floor may not be suitable for families with small children. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return!

The perfect place!
So many great things to say about our stay in Rehoboth! Courtney is an amazing host, extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house couldn’t have been in a more perfect location, we walked everywhere! Everything was clean and the home instructions were so easy to follow (which isn’t always the case when you rent a house). We can’t wait to come back and stay here!
