"This villa is wonderful. Truly a 5 star experience. It was clean (spotless) and great thought and care went into every detail to make for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. This property is less than 20 minutes away from OCMD, but this area in Delaware, although quieter, was very nice and for us a welcome break. We made use of the community pool close by, went to Fenwick Island beach (10 min away). There was an area at the beach with fishing rod holders & my husband was able to enjoy fishing....

"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"
