Because I needed a pet friendly room, I was placed on the second floor before I realized there was no elevator. Having to schlep pets, pet bedding, food and supplies plus my luggage up 2 flights of stairs was difficult. There pool and hot tub were out of service as were the dryers.

Curtain falling off it's rod. Lamp shad was busted up and falling apart. Another light fixture's light would flicker on, then fad to off. Free breakfast environment was less than desirable. Did not take advantage of the breakfast. Room was very clean and front desk was very courteous.
