The holiday home "HEILE WELT" is located in a breathtaking location on a hill above the village Windfus in Reichshof. Unobstructed view and sun from morning to night. Absolutely quiet location in a side street with no through traffic (dead end).

3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace and a fantastically large balcony 25 sqm, total space for up to 10 people. Modern, great kitchen. Very large bathroom with shower and huge bathtub. Free Wi-Fi.

Great wooden house on 2 floors, completely renovated in 2017, fireplace in the living room, modern, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with huge bathtub. 3 bedrooms, one of which is a family room with a bunk bed and a box-spring sofa bed. Large pull-out couch in the living room. Box spring bed in the master bedroom. Accurate bedding distribution at the end of this description. From the outside not visible sun terrace with barbecue. Electric piano, darts, guitar, table tennis, children's playground with 2 swings and 3 meters slide, 4 meter trampoline, three mountain bikes and much more for free use. Various board and card games.

The holiday home HEILE WELT is completely rented. No other guests in the object. 3x TV with satellite connection. In the children's room with DVD player. In the living room with Blu Ray player. Raclette for 8 people. Fondue set for 8 people. Getting flexible, thanks to key safe

The house is due to the stairs for people with restricted walking only partially suitable. No parties, no events allowed. Smoking only outside the house. No open fire, no candles or tealights! Families with children are welcome. Dogs too. Monteureambuchungen possible. Invoice is created.

For each guest (excl. Fitters) is a 2-hour free visit to the Monte Mare sauna area or a full-day stay in the indoor swimming pool Monte Mare Eckenhagen included.

Fühlten uns leider nicht ernst genommen
Grundsätzlich hatten wir über Silvester eine schöne Zeit in der „Heilen Welt“. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (bis auf Kaffetassen - davon gab es lediglich 5 + 3 Becher) und hat eine tolle Lage. Die „Heile Welt“ ist aber teilweise an der ein- oder anderen Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis über die Feiertage stimmte unserer Meinung nach nicht (ca. 700/Tag). Auch fühlten wir uns vom Vermieter nicht ernst genommen. Unsere Beschwerde über die nicht nutzbare Rutsche und Schaukel (es lag ein abgebrochener Baum darauf) wurde mit dem Hinweis auf das stürmische Wetter in den Tagen davor abgetan. Natürlich kann der Vermieter nichts gegen die Naturgewalten aber seine sarkastische Antwort darauf hat hier nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit beigetragen und alle Mitreisenden sehr verärgert. Auch auf die Kritik, dass es lediglich 3 Kaffebecher gibt, wurde lediglich auf die „min. 10 Kaffeetassen“ verwiesen. Insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht besonders sauber. Fazit: wir würden nicht nochmal buchen, dies liegt aber hauptsächlich an der Reaktion des Vermieters…

Objekt für einen Kurztrip sehr schön
Leider ist der Vermieter in der Kommunikation sehr schwierig und null kundenorientiert. Am Schluss noch eine blöde Nachricht, dass er am Anreisetag vergeblich auf uns gewartet hat. Wenn man gefragt hätte, hätten wir gesagt, dass wir erst abends anreisen werden. Außerdem wurde vorher der kontaktlose Check-Inn Vorgang angepriesen. Das Haus an sich ist in Ordnung. Es riecht etwas stockig insbesondere in der unteren Etage.

Auch beim zweiten Mal in der „ heilen Welt „ waren wir wieder super zufrieden, da aber auch dieses Mal das Wetter fantastisch war und wir den tollen Außenbereich wieder wunderbar nutzen konnten. Es ist nicht alles perfekt (es fehlen immer noch Eierbecher, wenn man mit 10 Personen anreist 😜), aber wer die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch schraubt, wird sich dort wohl fühlen und Denis ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter .

Erholung pur
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist top ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Insbesondere die drei Terassen, das grosse Badezimmer und die gut ausgestattet Küche sind hervorzuheben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief denkbar unproblematisch und angenehm. Im sehr schönen Außenbereich würden - hier und da - ein paar Grünarbeiten nicht schaden. Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt!!!
Der Vermieter Denis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus haben wir schön, sauber und wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Ein Traum für uns und unsere Hunde: vom Garten direkter Zugang auf Felder, Wiesen, Wälder... Gerne wieder!

Wunderbares Haus zum Entspannen
Wir fanden das Haus für unsere Gruppe wirklich klasse. Selbst bei dem verregneten Wochenende an dem wir dort waren, konnten wir das Haus und Umgebung wunderbar genießen. Nur leider ist das Haus mit 10 Leuten wirklich eng belegt. Das Zimmer unten ist nur bedingt für 4 Leute geeignet, da das Sofa ausgefahren werden muss und so das Zimmer restlos zugestellt ist. Trotzdem hatten wir einen herrlichen Aufenthalt und der Vermieter Denis ist wirklich nett.
