The holiday home "So close to heaven" is a 150m² chalet with five bedrooms on three floors. Core renovation, reopening March 2020. Located directly at the Oberberg golf course at 400 meters above sea level. Two balconies and two terraces with a fantastic view of the Bergisches Land invite you to linger. A large living room with an open, top modern kitchen, large dining table for 12 people and box-spring sofa bed form the heart of the house. In the attic there are two bedrooms, each with 2 box spring beds and a guest toilet. Three further bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200), are located in the basement. There is also the luxurious bathroom with a large corner bath, toilet and experience shower. Another bathroom with shower and toilet can be found on the ground floor,

Rundum zufriedener Aufenthalt

Alle Besucher waren begeistert. Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung ausgezeichnet, Sauberkeit bestens. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung der Räume und ist mit seiner Inneneinrichtung hervorragend für eine Gruppe von bis zu ca 10-12 Personen geeignet.

Schönes komfortables Haus!

Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bäder sind sauber und modern. Die Lage ist auch super! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vermieter sehr nett und kommunikativ, hilfbereit.

Ausstattung

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner großer Tisch der Platz für alle Gäste bietet, für gemeinsames Essen und gemeinsames Spielen. PS: Die Duschabtrennung im EG sollte wieder abgedichtet werden (Wasser läuft beim Duschen auf den Fußboden).

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen plus Hund für 2 Tage "dem Himmel so nah" und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sogar mehr als ausreichend! Da das Wetter sehr gut war, konnten sogar Schach und Tischtennis im Garten gespielt werden. Die Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Eine wirklich gute aber auch nicht günstige Lösung 2 Nächte für über Tausend Euro für 7 Personen zu buchen. Ansonsten war alles wie erwartet.

Kurzurlaub in Heidberg

Die Buchung dieses wunderschönen Objekts erfolgte problemlos und zügig mit der Bezahlung über Paypal. Die Bestätigung für unseren gewünschten Zeitraum kam unverzüglich. Die Lage des Objekts war wie in der Beschreibung sehr ländlich und ruhig sowie mit schönem Blick in die Berge. Von den Räumlichkeiten her war es sehr, sehr modern ausgestattet von der Küche bis hin zum Badezimmer wirklich schön auf dem neusten Stand. Der Schlüsselempfang erfolgte über einen Tresor mit einem zuvor festgelegten Code. (Super praktisch) Wir waren insgesamt mehr als zufrieden mit dem Gastgeber und freuen uns auf mögliche zukünftige Nächte in dem Objekt. Vielen Dank. LG Familie Tran & Tepaß

Etwas abgelegen aber sehr gut, wenn man unter sich bleiben möchte. Genug Möglichkeiten sich mit dem Schach oder Tischtennis zu beschäftigen.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt direkt an einem Golfplatz aber ansonsten sehr weit von allem entfernt. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Über einem Schlafzimmer war ein sehr großer Kühlschrank der ein Aufenthalt in dem Raum für uns unmöglich gemacht, da es gedröhnt hat. Glücklicherweise gab es noch zwei weitere Zimmer unter dem Dach in die man ausweichen konnte. Die Schlafräume sind klein und nicht für einen Aufenthalt geeignet. Die Küche ist groß und die Kochplatte direkt am Fenster, so dass man beim Kochen den Ausblick genießen konnte. Da es für mehrere Personen/Familien ausgelegt ist, war der Preis für die vier Tage sehr hoch.

Titel in Anführungszeichen, weil der Aufenthalt war mit 3 Kleinkindern. Zur Unterkunft und dem Vermieter: alles Top! Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, alle Leute waren zufrieden. Empfehlenswert!

Ein kleines Paradies im Grünen

Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit Lage und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Es liegt in einer herrlichen Landschaft nah bei einem Golfplatz. Wer Ruhe und Natur genießen will, ist hier richtig am Platz. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Auswärtsfahrt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen, einem Teenager und einem Kleinkind dort, dafür haben sowohl die Betten als auch der Esstisch und die Küche voll ausgereicht. Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten per Auto erreichbar, man schafft es aber auch fußläufig. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. Der Vermieter hat auch kurz reingeschaut, ein sehr netter Mensch. Da das Wetter auch die ganze Zeit super war, konnten wir viel draußen sein, was natürlich mit zum Spaß beigetragen hat. Also sehr zu empfehlen.
