" Very nice.we were there for the Champagne half marathon and the start and finish was across the street. It is also short walk to restaurants, sites and champagne caves. Our only complaint was our room was small and no place to put things and our luggage "

"This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times have been consistently great. Very clean, helpful hotel staff (high level of English in case you do not speak French), nicely appointed rooms. Great location. As a bonus I was able to get into room early which was so helpful after overnight flight. "

"Very charming room with a small balcony and good space. In the center of the town and walking to shopping and Main Street was easy. Front desk speaks English so it was nice. Parking is street parking but no problem finding one. Great place. "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
