"Not a large room but very pleasant decor. Quite well located and even though room faced the main street it was not noisy. The light on the exit sign in the room was surprisingly bright. Parking as usual in Spanish cities was problem though since their car park had no spaces remaining."

"We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5."

"Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la casa. Por lo demás, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, y la zona tiene una muy merecida visita."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Burgos property. We were a group of 5 and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the garage was a real plus. The neighbourhood is great; a wonderful coffee shop for breakfast nearby and supermarket just 2 streets away. Our Spanish is terrible but the owner’s English speaking young son was on hand to greet us and get us settled. There is no wifi which is a drawback. Despite that we would definitely recommend."

"This apartment has the perfect location for the impressive city of Burgos. It is close to all cultural sites. The apartment is very quiet, clean and the owners respond to all questions. We didn't find a free parking space but parked in the nearby garage."

"Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. "During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me."
