"Lovely spacious apartment 10 min walk from centre of city. It had everything we needed. It was easy to access by reading the instructions. Nice big windows. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Nice and warm apartment to warm up after a long day in the cold."

"This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."

The place is above a great bakery, several grocery stores and other restaurants nearby. A bus stop is right there as well. We thought it was a great value for what we got. Only problem was the check -in, we never received the key box code, but a staff member came out and got us the keys."

"We checked in on December 25, and rented our own car at the airport to drive to the cabin. Along the way, being Christmas, we did not realize the ferry was not working. It made our drive three hours longer than expected. In the future, I suggest letting guest Know ahead of time about the ferries. "Huge impressive villa with loads of space and a grand balcony perfect for viewing the Aurora (which we did nightly in early September). Nice short walk to the local Extra supermarket. Would have been 5* if the undertaking to meet and introduce us to the villa had been fulfilled. No one came and some aspects (eg the cooking facilities, the wonderful coffee maker; the microwave etc - all actually very impressive) took us a few days to understand and manage."

"I had emailed in advance about early check in and understood it was based on availability. The rooms became available while I was sitting in the lobby. Would've been nice if someone had mentioned it to me as I was right next to them. That's my only complaint. Everything else was exceptional! "

"Very cozy mini apartments. Well stocked kitchenette (appliances, plates, pans, etc). Comfy bed. Next door to a large grocery store and centrally located. A laundry room was a plus. Nice gym that we didn’t use- no room for gym shoes in our luggage. Very secure with in-app key access to building and apartment. "
