"Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean. The reception staff were a bit surly but adequate. The indoor pool was spoilt by un -checked children and irresponsible...

"The Odyssey Rooms are absolutely superb! A great location by the port and about 3 minute walk from the beach. Everywhere is sparkling clean. We stayed in the double standard and it was a spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space and the TV has Netflix and Prime which was great as we could sign in to our account. It was my husband’s birthday while there and they left him a small bottle of fizz and chocolates which was such a thoughtful touch. The reception staff were great and really helpful....

"Very nuce hotel located near the marina of Cabo de Palos. It has its own restaurant and bar, it is walking distance from several other restaurants aling the coast. The rooms are clean, the minibar has all the necessities for making coffee or tea. Do take note that there is available laundry but they charge it by the piece like in major hotel chains, so it may be a bit challenging if you are in Cabo de Palos for water sport activities."

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"the breakfast buffet was excellent but the hot dinner buffet was not good at all,not enough meat and fish dishes food was not hot enough and no green vegetables except salad.It was also expensive at 25.euros.However the food in the restaurant was good although I would have liked some vegetables with my salmon.Xmas Eve Buffet was very good,. so they need to improve dinner buffet but I loved the hotel and would go back again and would recommend it to anyone.."
