"Room and its amenities were great and everything was very clean. Parking was easy. All the staff were super friendly and communication was always quick and easy with them, before and during the stay. We had casually mentioned to one of them that we were on anniversary, and our last day they sent a gift basket for us as a surprise! Would definitely stay here again. "

The location for me is perfect, high so it's bit cooler, close enough to grocery and attractiion we went to. Facility is like you're at home that you can cook. They provide water and tea. "Great location for being near - but not in - Sete Cidades. Quick drives up and down the coast to different beaches, and ~15 into the town of Sete Cidades. We had a small issue when we checked in and the manager (Lucy) was so quick to respond and take care of it. Stayed 4 nights and only wish we had more time. "

"The property is in a great location. The cabin and the gardeng sort of resemble the photographs online, but not quite. They must have been taken 15 years ago. The cabin is quite tired, the sofa has a thin cover blanket as it is tattered."

On our arrival we were informed the refrigerator needed replacing. It was replaced two days into our stay. Car rental is required."
