"This property was not as described in the descriptions. I was expecting a pool and restaurant and spa. When I arrived, it was in a new development. Construction all around. And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help ..."

"They kicked me out of the hotel and forced my brother and I out after they made me give them cash for one night and decided they didn't want they payments from Expedia. It was a horrible and terrifying experience especially since we were strangers to Rwanda."
