"Nice quiet little hotel. Decent pool and sun lounger area, not overcrowded at any point on our stay. Room was large but very basic. Bathroom could've used a Hoover/clean - few dead (and living) creatures in there. We walked to the local town and hired bikes from the hotel to explore further out. Would recommend a hire car as not much to do in the area and cabs are rare and expensive. We drove out for a couple of day trips. The breakfast was very basic but perfectly adequate, the hotel evening...

"Stunning property with so much heart and soul. Relaxing and tranquil retreat. Beautiful design. You’ll love having an aperitivo under the stately oak trees, having breakfast/dinner with a panoramic view over the valley, relaxing in a hammock with a book, etc. Lots of great activities (hikes, historic sites, cute villages) in the nearby area, and that’s before you even get to the justifiably famous coastline and Maddalena islands (only 30 minutes to coast). "Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff Gorgeous pool Very clean Beautiful location. Beautiful village of San Pantaleo is a five minute drive/30 min walk with great bars and restaurants. Rooms are a little dated but you will only sleep in it. Not much to do when the sun goes down. You MUST get a hire car to explore the locality or be stuck on site where there is only a bar with a singer/pianist. Drinks are very expensive but no one complained when you drank our own. GET A HIRE CAR....."
