I’ve stayed here a lot, but this trip housekeeping was not at their best. I checked in at 6:30 PM and my room was not ready until 8 P.M. because it had to be cleaned. When it was ready, housekeeping took the trash can with them, so I had to call for one. The only bright side, they waived the resort fees, which was appreciated.

I made reservations last minute due to my flight getting canceled. It was very easy, less than 10 minutes from RENO Airport. The staff was extremely nice, everyone I met greeted me with a smile and spoke to me. The casino area was nice as well. Only bad thing I have to say, the shower in my room looked a little dirty, but I was only there for 6 hours anyway. Other than that perfect
