"Wonderful, quiet, peaceful lake. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery."

"We had a great stay while attending our son’s NMU graduation and moving him to Houghton to become a full time yooper. We will definitely return for visits. It is a great location and very comfortable. Morning coffee on the lake lot while overlooking the glass calm lake and perfect reflections in the water was a wonderful break from our busy weekend. We would love to come back and enjoy the lake more in the summer! Emily was a great communicator and even let us know that the previously frozen...

"We enjoyed the house, property area. The photo shows a trampoline (which sadly isn’t there) but everything else was great. We had 4 kids upstairs and my wife and I stayed downstairs. This was a great spot to stay while visiting family and friends in Marquette."
