"The hotel is in a very tranquil, country setting but not far from Bilbao. It is an old house that has been beautifully restored in a rustic manner. The lady, who seemed to do everything, was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a very modern shower. The evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and good quality. The only negative thing was that there was no lift and the stairs were quite steep."

"Lovely staff but the hotel is looking quite tired and would benefit from refurbishment. The third/bunk bed is really only suitable for children. My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy. "

"This might be a great place to stay (I am giving top ratings for some things I didn’t see) but I absolutely could not find it! The navigation in my rental car took me almost an hour away. Then some young men who were having a bachelor party helped me get navigation on my phone AND spoke to a helpful lady on the phone who offered to lead me in if I couldn’t find it. Then my phone died when I was almost there and refused to recharge with my cord. It must have had a short in it. I finally gave up...

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival.
