Set on a 7,500 sq. m land overlooking the Cretan sea, Villa Gerani Hill is an exceptional private escape getaway unspoiled by the likes of the public. Totally isolated but also close to everything, the three-storey 600 sq. m. villa is furnished stylishly inside and out with high quality and can accommodate 14 guests. Elegance, functionality and luxury are harmoniously combined with details for satisfying most demanding requests.
- Indoor layout -
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with sitting areas, a 50" satellite HDTV, Playstation 5, a pool table, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which also leads you to the pool, hot tub and the garden area. Additionally a toilet is also found on the same floor. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Reaching to the first floor through a staircase, there is a hall with a sitting area and an office space with a desk. This hall has a direct access to a spacious balcony with sitting area which offers magnificent panoramic views. On the first floor there are the rest of 6 bedrooms, four with a double beds and the other two with 2 single beds. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. Furthermore in the same floor there are 2 more bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower cabin. All the single beds can be transformed to be a double one if it is needed.
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a laundry area with washing machine and a tumble dryer and a 70 sq. m. gym room. Our gym offers a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a treadmill, an elliptical, a parallel bar, an olympic bench press, 5 yoga mats and a fitness multifunctional apparatus. Furthermore a sauna and a toilet are also located on the same floor.
- Outdoor area -
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by numerous flowers and trees and it offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. Also, the whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 70 sq. m swimming pool. The pool can also be heated with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Vegetable gardens
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a sink, small refrigerator and a wood oven

- Hot tub for 5 people
