While the experience was fun we did have some issues. First and foremost the blanket was dirty and the sheets on bed had stain. Also there were about 4 things on menu we couldnt get because they were out. We had to resort to getting an alternative that was higher.

We visited in January 2023, and it was the worst idea! It was far from everything, and the dirt roads to get there had large potholes that we had to try very hard to navigate around in order to reach the main road. One day we went out and came back, only to find that our suitcase and Gucci slide had melted from the heat damage inside the bubble. We couldn’t stay inside the bubble once the sun was up, as they had a small electric fan that didn’t budge. The only way to communicate with them was by using a walkie talkie, which was inconvenient. The walkway up to the bubble was poorly lit, so we had to use our phone lights to guide us. As for the damage to our belongings, they took a picture and a report, and that was it. Since we returned to the States, we've been trying to contact them, but all the people we spoke to said they would inform the manager, and we haven't heard anything yet. It's been 1 year and 7 months. We are from Jamaica, and when we say it's too hot, we mean it!

Beautiful getaway location for a couple in Colombia. Total privacy, I haven't seen anyone other than us during your stay. Everything was clean, hot water available, kitchen. Super dépaysement l’endroit est superbe Le seul hic c’est la nourriture pensez à prévoir d’emmener à manger car sur place ce qui est proposé est très simple et pas top . La bulle est très confortable. La seule chose il faut marcher pas mal pour y accéder . Personnel très gentil

This is amazing, it is not just glamping, it is a whole experience, from whem you enter untill you leave, very very friendly staff, beautiful bubble, we had number 8, and excelent service, they come cooking your food if you ask. This was one of the best accomodations I ever had
