The gentleman at the front desk is courteous, polite, and helpful. The check-in process is smooth. Rooms are cosy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reutlingen.

Die Heizung hat in dem Zimmer nicht funktioniert, obwohl es draußen nur 5C waren. Ansonsten ein schönes und sauberes Hotel mit reichhaltigem Frühstück.
