Had a problem with room door not locking which was fixed immediately. Roof top hot tub a great bonus (closed Tuesdays). Train track runs past hotel and can be very noisy- but didn’t bother us much (there are earphones in the room!)"

"This property is dated and undergoing reservations but that said it is very clean, in a safe area and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, tidy and nice decor. It is not the Ritz but it is very affordable and a fine place to spend the night while traveling through the mountains. I would definitely stay again."

"I was booked into a 2nd floor room with no elevators. I could not carry all my luggage, etc. up the stairs. Even though they were heavily booked, the reception found me a room on the main floor. I was very appreciative. "
