Pets:  1 well behaved pet allowed.  Short breaks:  Available at this property  Smoking:  Not allowed at this property  Rooms: 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 bathroom, sitting room, open plan kitchen/dining room, utility room, cloakroom, study. Sofa bed and fold out bed in study for additional 1-2 children - please bring own bedding. Beds:  1 super king sized bed, 1 king sized bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds.  Luxuries: Wi-Fi, Sonos speakers. Woodburning stove. Nespresso Coffee Machine. General:  Gas central heating Utilities:  Rangemaster with 5 ring induction hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.  Standard:  Kettle, toaster, iron  Other: Linen and towels provided plus board games and Lego. Outdoors:  Large South facing garden with grass and patio area with furniture. Table tennis table.  Crabbing nearby. Parking: Private parking for two cars. Type 2 socket Electric car charger (untethered).  Please bring your own Type 2 cable.  If you have a Type 1 cable, you will need to bring an adaptor as the charger socket is Type 2.

Just perfect.
We spent a week with six adults, two under sevens and a dog. The house was in a perfect location to explore Walberswick and surrounding area. The house was clean, spacious and really well equipped. We will definitely return.
