The staff is super friendly, the location is excellent and the room is very comfortable. Although we were not there to watch TV, we would have appreciated more channels and with diversified subjects. Although, there are option to watch Netflix and YouTube it does not work as there is no internet connected to the TV.

Ideal location just a short walk from both the coastal/harbour area and shopping/tourist areas of the city. Clean and well equipped rooms and public spaces throughout. Would be good to have dedicated parking, but finding street parking spaces nearby was not difficult.

Hótel was excellent. Parking is a challenge, but there are public and private lots. Ask at check in for parking recommendations. Otherwise, beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a good happy hour at the bar (happy hours are my number one money saving hacks for fellow drinkers out there).

Parking was the only issue but we loved this hotel! Very comfortable bed and the room was spacious. The breakfast options were great. Everything is in walking distance as you are in central Reykjavik. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved the central location. It was just blocks away from food, shopping, and the tour pick up bus stops. Hotel was modern with excellent room accommodations. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered daily. Sevice was good as well. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

The Saga is in the city center. You can walk to any number of restaurants and attractions. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are new and clean. But it's not cheap. Everything in Iceland is expensive.

Excellent Location We were very pleased with our choice of Hotel Reykjavik Saga. The location was exactly in front of all the tour pick-up stops, and everything (restaurants, shopping, city sights, church) was a short walking distance away. The staff was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was not exceptional but good. The hotel is new, clean, and our room had a very nice view of the Hallgrímskirkja. The only odd thing was that the television set was fixed to the wall beside the bed, instead of in front or with a hinge.
