"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "The staff were very polite and friendly. We were impressed with our room size and layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and the spa facilities were clean and working well. We enjoyed the selection at our evening meal. All in all, it was a perfect weekend getaway!"

"One night stay, simple room, but comfortable and very close to the lake which is the reason for our visit. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant available on premises which was great for dinner. The town is sweet, I wish we stayed longer. "

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"
