Historic town.

I arrived at 9.40 p.m. to a friendly greeting. The hotel is a pub with upstairs rooms, tastefully modernised, excellent value. The Turkish pizza restaurant is almost opposite and open to 11 p.m. An excellent full breakfast provided at this hotel. The staff are genuinely caring.

Great place to stay ~ so friendly and helpful. Great service ~ Highly recommended as a base to explore the amazing landscape of mid Wales.

Great welcome from the owners and they put on a late lunch for us. The room was spotless and comfortable with some great views from it especially after the snow had fallen. Very welcoming towards our guests who called to see us and some really good ales on offer. We certainly will be returning here on our visits to Rhayader . A big thank you from Gareth and Carol. .
