"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner.
