Upstairs will be the hub for entertaining, as the open layout of the full kitchen, spacious living area, and dining room will make whipping up tasty meals and hosting movie nights a breeze. The Apple TV box makes watching your favorite streaming services effortless, plus there are over 60 channels through the Spectrum app on the TV, giving you limitless viewing options. Three bedrooms call this level home including the primary suite and a unique bedroom surrounded by windows offering the best views in the house. Head downstairs and you will find the last bedroom, a separate living area, and a kitchenette complete with a full fridge, microwave, and sink. And with books, games, a Pack 'n Play, kayaks, and ice skates provided, your group will never run out of fun things to do during your stay!

THINGS TO KNOW
Dogs welcome for an additional nightly fee.
Though cable is not initially available, a guest can request that particular cable TV channels be added to the streaming service prior to their stay for an additional fee ($50/month) and then those stations can be accessed through the Spectrum TV app that is on the Apple TV box.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.
Mirror Lake is a peaceful non-motorized lake.
Crescent lake is located 1/2 mile away for all your motorized boating activities, with a public boat launch.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
