You have a limited amount of Hot water to use for the whirl pool and then it gets cold that was my only negative response on this hotel.Its a good hotel the pool looked bigger online its only 4ft which i didnt expect but me and my girlfriend had good time there i do recommend

It was ok. Room was clean. Everything was so old. Breakfast was meh, we had to bring the food back to our room to eat because they had no seating area. The layout was wierd. I was very uncomfortable about getting to my room though, we were literally in the basement of the building.

Our experience at The Pointe was overall very good. Customer service was excellent. The morning we went to leave the maintenance man and front desk staff were very helpful with vehicle issues - thank you!! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was more on the firm/hard side. The kitchen had all your basic utensils and supplies needed. The grab n go breakfast was okay..not many options. We did not utilize the pool/hottub during our stay. Snowmobile trail access/parking is good and convenient.

We liked the free breakfast and the large kitchenette (utensils & pans inc.) This resort met our expectations overall- a minor negative thing was a constant & bright blue light shining from the wall mounted TV set in the master bedroom. We would recommend staying here.
