Villa Nisyros is located in Kolymbia, Rhodes. This detached vacation

Villa Nisyros has a light and open plan kitchen and living room area
which opens out onto the open terrace and pool area. Also on the ground
floor you will find a double bedroom and bathroom. The first floor has
a family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms both with French doors opening
out onto the terrace with its views over the Rhodes landscape to the
sea. The villa is fully air conditioned.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
