"My Dad & I stayed for 5 nights, usually pass through Kilcunda, it was hard finding somewhere to stay during school holidays but glad I found La Cabana. Only a block from main road and easy walk to Cafe' (only place we ate) and across main road to The Bass Coast Rail Trail and steps to beach. Lorena & Paul were great hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you, Diane"

"We had a lovely time at elsewhere. The cottage was exceptionally cared for and clean. Only issue would be the proximity to the owners house (this is noted in the advertisement). "The original art decorating the rooms, the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom, the comfortable bedroom furniture and the lovely lounge fittings all combined to make it the perfect holiday spot for us. Wonthaggi had all the things needed for a holiday in January but we didn't see any crowds. They were probably at the popular holiday spots along the Bass Coast."
