The ongoing construction of a new wing may result in some noise during weekday working hours. The in-room massage service is convenient, with bookings available until 1:30 am, perfect for late-night relaxation. A simple breakfast is provided, and the hotel features a sheltered swimming pool and a small gym, offering leisure options for guests. Additionally, ordering food via Grab is very convenient, adding to the overall ease and comfort of staying at Asialink Hotel.

slightly dated facilities and food was sub par. going anywhere out of the resort requires a 30 minute drive on average. overall decent for a short stay but nothing too fancy. montigo resort was next door (about 10 min drive) which was good so we could visit their beach club and other facilities easily.

I enjoyed my stay in Montigo Resort, everything is good just that the resort abit run down. Customer service is amazing

Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. The drainage of the bathtub is also super slow, ie draining a bath tub full of water will take at least 15mins. The service was good. Room cleaning was prompt. Breakfast was relatively good for the price. It was buffet style with the usual egg station.
