"Close to transport, Westfield and Hospital. If you are not looking for a view just concrete buildings and brick walls, far from nature. Clean room with various useful amenities. Friendly staff, however understand not everyone is tech savvy and assistance offered to help with check in would be a great benefit to make the stay easy and less time consuming from the start. "Being an idiot, I booked Sunday night instead of Saturday night and were an hour away from the property when I discovered this. When I rang them, they only had 1 much larger apartment available. However, the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and arranged to change the Expedia booking and also gave us the upgraded room for the same as price as booked. Such excellent (and appreciated) service. Plus, the apartment was clean and outstanding."
