"Package got delivered to hotel. Hôtel told us that they did not receive a package and nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip.
