It located in Richmond's charming and historic Malvern gardens! Just blocks from the Scott's addition and next door to
Museum district. A modern house with 2 bedrooms 1 bath with a spacious shower and kitchen. A great overnight space or comfortable long stay for those wanting to explore the cities great food, breweries, parks, and trails!

The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 6 people.
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top queen size bed ,a smart Tv ,a large dresser and closet.
⭐Bedroom2: 2 comfortable twin beds and a dedicated working desks with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dinning room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐private patio :enjoy outdoor fresh air and family/friend time.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet
⭐Free parking space on premises behind the house access to alleyway.

Other Things to Note:
You can access the front door If you park on the street. There is also private parking behind the house.

Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.

2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.

3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.

4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.

Beautiful neighborhood!

This unit is in a lovely neighborhood that feels very safe. It is conveniently located to Cary Town and Scotts Edition. The owner has great communication and the check in was easy. Laundry room is great! One drawback is it could use some updating.

Most of our stay was very nice. A few inconveniences: noisey occupant in apartment above (footsteps sounded through ceiling), cheep & thin toilet tissue, cleaning fee did not include emptying trash.
