From the moment I arrived, the valet went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Their friendliness and efficiency set a positive tone for my stay. I stayed at this hotel during a festival. The first night the A/C broke and started making a constant clicking sound. When I called the front desk, there was no answer. When I went downstairs, the front desk offered to have the engineer come work on it. It was already close to 10pm, and I was staying alone. I didn't feel comfortable with this so they gave me another room but couldn't refund me the difference since I was changing from King to Double Queen room. After a long day and more long days ahead of me working at this festival, I opted to change rooms. The room I changed to had a window facing an abandoned block. The first night I was kept up by 2 homeless men fighting outside my window and the loud (but working) A/C unit that literally woke me up as I fell asleep. When I came back from a long day working the festival, I found that no one had even visited my room from housekeeping. The entire stay no one cleaned my room. Just not a good stay all around.

Came nearly at 1 am. Gal at the desk treated me like it was 1pm and not 1am. Place is super safe and very nice. You don’t need to leave unless you have to. Good food, good folks and great amenities. Will stay again if I come back on business

Overall great experience, cleanliness, friendly staff. Parking is valet only and at 40 dollars a day is not the best price wise. Pool was clean but empty due to it being super cold all day .

Room was dirty sheets were not changed from previous occupant. Hair and crumbs were on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. Was charged an incidental fee of $50 that I was told would be reimbursed but it never was.

When I arrived I was given a different type room than requested. After going to my room, I realized that it was not a handicapped room, which in all fairness I did not request. I did go back to the desk to request one, but if one was not available, I asked to be in room closer to the elevator-this request was denied due to full capacity. On the second night of my stay, the air in my room went out. I woke at about 11:30pm to a room that was almost 80 degrees. After two calls to the front desk, the maintenance associate arrived. I was informed that the drip pan was full, and after draining the drip pan, I was told that the unit was working. Approximately 20-25 minutes after the maintenance associate left, the AC unit began making a clicking noise followed by a noticeably loud buzzing noise. I called again for service-to which they responded quickly. I was informed that the unit was blowing cold air, but there was no explanation for the loud buzzing sound. Also, because the hotel was full I could not be moved to another room. I've stayed at other Hilton locations and this is the first time I've had a less than 5 star experience.
