It was super dirty!! The sheets and pillows smelled disgusting! We had one more day but decided to pay again and stay in another hotel! We have stayed in many hotels and motels but we never had such a bad experience!

Should be named LaRoach Motel literally but the staff was nice and accommodating once I made them aware of the situation. Next room wasn’t any better as far as cleanliness with a ceiling that looked wet and like asbestos on it…. Just a very unsettling experience to say the least.

Previously I read reviews about ants being in rooms so I came prepared with ant spray. What I was not expecting was to see a large roach come out of the hallway and under my door into my room. Thank goodness I happen to be standing at the sink about to go out the door when I saw it slither its way inside. Also the sofa is of poor quality, the towels were even worse quality and as for the pillows on the bed you should definitely go to target across the street and buy you some. The room did not appear to be vacuumed before arrival but it was late and I was exhausted. The elevator is creepy and definitely a tripping hazard as the doors open before the elevator complete lands equally to the floor. I tripped multiple times. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if someone falls . I do not recommend this stay if it’s more than one night. I was here 4 nites. On a positive note I can say the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with at the front desk. Also this location is on point when it comes to accessibility to Malls, stores, grocery stores like Wegmans, Restaurants , Target and Super Walmart.

This is a wonderful location given its access to the mall. When available, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The issue was with our actual accommodations. Upon entering the assigned room, we were greeted by a strong smell of smoke/dampness. It appeared the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival- hairs found in bath towels. The furnishings were pretty worn and damaged and seen better days, years ago. Our final night there, we saw a roach on the wall, unfortunately.
