"The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. ..."
