The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. "If there were a way to give this property a 10 we would. We had APT 70 / 71 with a balcony overlooking Lake Constance. It was spectacular. Everything we wanted was within a short walk. The Old Town was fun with great restaurants and attractions. The entire region is full of history. Definitely an apartment we would request again. Christian was a very helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable."

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"
